How can I order my backpack?

Why does it take so long to make?
Each backpack is handmade to order in our UK studio. We hand select our leathers, we hand cut our designs, stitch and make each item as almost one off pieces. We ensure the care, attention and craftsmanship is followed across every step of the way.
When will I receive my order?
It usually takes up to SIX weeks from when your payment is received. We do not have stock lying around and will keep you updated on your order.
How do I contact you if there’s an issue with delivery?

Can I alter my delivery requirements after I order?
Please let us know what your requirements are, as soon as you find out. We’ll be happy to help and want you to be happy with your purchase.
Can I exchange a style of backpack for another?
We really want you to be happy with your purchase. So please let us know what your requirements are as soon as you find out. We’ll be happy to help.
Does Nariva Boutique ship overseas
Yes we do.
Will I need to pay customs duty on my bag order, if I ship overseas?
You will be responsible for any taxes, tolls and fee for overseas deliveries.
How will I know if a backpack design is out of stock?
We hand make to order in limited edition runs so if your colour is not available or we come to the end of our limited edition quota we will let you know.
Can I add another item to an existing order?
If I refer a friend to Nariva Boutique, will I get a discount on future purchases?

We accept all forms of credit and debit cards, plus Paypal payments too.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on narivaboutique.com?
What kind of leather are Nariva Boutique backpacks made out of?
We use ethically sourced cow hides (leather) and source all fabric from within the UK and Italy.
